Anthony has been a member of the New Jersey and Federal Bar since 1988. He began his career serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward F. Neagle, Jr. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County. After completing his clerkship, he began practicing law with the Law Firm of Thompkins, McGuire, Wachenfeld, & Barry LLP located in Newark, New Jersey where he specialized in Insurance Defense Litigation. There, Anthony focused on all aspects of Civil Litigation including depositions, motion practice, and civil trials. Anthony has also tried medical malpractice and various other complex civil litigation matters to verdict.Subsequently, Anthony became an assistant prosecutor with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office in Hackensack, New Jersey. There, Anthony handled various criminal proceedings from inception to trial. Anthony tried numerous criminal matters to verdict and engaged in all aspects of preparing the cases, from investigation, to presentation, to ultimate resolution.Finally, Anthony founded the law firm which is now Iacullo, Martino, & Marzella, L.L.C. Anthony’s exclusive focus is on litigation including all aspects of Criminal Litigation and Civil Litigation. Anthony is awaiting confirmation as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney and has obtained the following awards, admissions and affiliations:

Steven Martino was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey in 1987. Immediately upon graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, Steven became an associate with the law firm of Miller & Menaker in Jersey City, New Jersey where he specialized in family/divorce law, bankruptcy and workers’ compensation. Thereafter, he moved on to become an associate with the firm of Gaccione, Pomaco & Beck in Belleville, New Jersey where he continued to specialize in family/divorce law, bankruptcy and workers’ compensation and expanded his practice to include real estate transactions. Steven advanced to become a partner with the law firm of Gaccione, Pomaco & Beck where he continued to practice until joining Anthony Iacullo where they formed a firm which is now known as Iacullo Martino, LLC. Steven continues to practice family/divorce law, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy law, real estate, litigation and estate administration.In addition, in 1996, Steven was appointed Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Bloomfield and served in that capacity until he was appointed the Assistant Director of Law/Assistant Township Attorney. He has served in that position since 1999. In that capacity, Steven served as the zoning board attorney and planning board attorney, handled complex Tort Claims Act personal injury litigation, zoning and planning litigation and construction litigation.

Areas of Practice. Lynne handles a variety of matrimonial and family related matters, including divorce, custody, domestic violence, alimony and child support proceedings. Additionally Lynne has expanded her practice to include Civil Litigation and Real Estate. Education. Lynne received her undergraduate degree from Caldwell College. She received her law degree from New York Law School, where she served as the Vice President of the Legal Association for Women. After graduating from law school, Lynne clerked in the Family Part, Essex County for The Honorable James G. Troiano.

Arthur Horn is a Princeton University graduate and received his JD from Harvard University Law School in 1960. He was licensed to practice law in 1961. Mr. Horn’s two-volume Residential Real Estate Law and Practice in New Jersey, now in its 5th edition, has shaped the standard of practice for real estate transactions statewide. An active practitioner in real estate, estate planning and administration for more than 40 years, he has chaired the Real Property Probate & Trust Law Section of the NJ State Bar Association, and received the Distinguished Service Award of the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Since 1979, he has provided expert testimony in cases of real estate legal malpractice. He currently serves on the NJ Supreme Court Ethics Committee District V-C. He continues to practice Real Estate, Estate Planning and Administration and provides expert reports and testimony in legal malpractice cases involving Real Estate. He operates his own law firm Arthur S. Horn, P.A. and is Of Counsel to the law firm of Iacullo Martino, LLC.
