Meet The Legal Team Of Iacullo Martino, LLC

Our four attorneys have 70 years of collective legal experience. We are dedicated to the highest degree of professionalism in our areas of practice, which has translated to consistent results for our clients and many achievements in the legal community.

Founding partner Anthony J. Iacullo has been a member of the New Jersey and Federal Bar since 1988. After beginning his career in civil litigation, he served as an assistant prosecutor in Bergen County and thereafter formed the nucleus of the present firm. He continues his practice in criminal litigation and has been recognized as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Anthony Iacullo has been named to New Jersey Super Lawyers 2005-2006, 2009-2016 and is active in the New Jersey Association for Justice (Association of Trial Lawyers of America), the Essex County Bar Association Criminal Bench-Bar Committee and the New Jersey Bar Association. He also has appeared as an analyst on various news and legal topic programs as an expert in criminal law.

Partner Steven J. Martino has been admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey and the Federal District Court of New Jersey since 1987. He worked as associate and partner at firms in Jersey City and Belleville before joining forces with Anthony Iacullo to form the firm of Iacullo Martino, LLC. Steven Martino is recognized as a Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is also a certified mediator and has served for more than 20 years as an Early Settlement Panelist and guardian ad litem. He practices in divorce and family law, as well as bankruptcy, real estate and general civil litigation. He was named to New Jersey Super Lawyers every year since 2012 and serves as the Assistant Director of Law for the Township of Bloomfield.

Associate attorney Lynne M. Machtemes has practiced law in New Jersey since 2001. She focuses exclusively in divorce and family law, including post-divorce modifications and parental defense in Division of Child Protection and Permanency (formerly DYFS) cases. She has been appointed to serve on the Essex County Early Settlement Panel and as a guardian ad litem and parent coordinator in custody cases.

Associate attorney Joshua Reinitz has practiced law since 2003. He is a former prosecutor and public defender who focuses his practice in DWI and criminal defense, civil rights defense and employment law. Joshua has been selected for inclusion in the Rising Stars list in 2012 - 2016 Super Lawyers based on his criminal trial and appellate success and his legislative advocacy on behalf of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
